I had some interesting questions on my last entry. Some readers asked me about the portions I eat, what I think of hemp protein, how I handle so much fiber in my diet, and whether I get bored eating a lot of the same foods. To read my responses, go here and scroll down to the comments section.

Okay, so here is another four days worth of food!
Day 22, Saturday, August 4th
(Everything is vegan approved unless otherwise noted)
(No gym, no workout)
Breakfast:
Rolled oats (gluten free, dairy free) with fresh blueberries, strawberries, and almonds
1 cup coffee with?So Delicious?Coconut Milk ?creamer?
After breakfast, my youngest son and I made a trip to the Saturday Delmar Farmers Market and got some great stuff, including some sweets from All Good Bakers, which I ate, and am?honestly?logging here!
Snack:
1 vegan cinnamon bun, and 1 ?energy ball? from All Good Bakers (worth every bite!)
Lunch: (leftovers from yesterday) My yummy spinach, tomato and bean recipe atop a bed of ?naturally? mashed sweet potato.

Dinner: My home made bean and veggie soup
Mixed greens with fresh tomato, and red pepper, pine nuts, raw sunflower kernels, olive oil and vinegar
1 slice sesame ezekiel bread
1 glass red wine

Day 23, Sunday, August 5th
(Everything is vegan approved unless otherwise noted)
(No gym, no workout)
Breakfast:
Rolled oats (gluten free, dairy free) with fresh blueberries, white peach, sugar plum, and pecans
1 cup coffee with?So Delicious?Coconut Milk ?creamer?
I was on the road for a good part of Sunday and the first part of Monday, so I don?t have as many pictures for these two days.
Lunch: Protein shake. 20 ounces vanilla almond milk with 2 scoops protein powder? Go here to see what I use for my protein shakes.)
Snack: 1 Pure Organic bar, orange flavored
Dinner: Salad with mixed greens, zucchini, squash, and cucumber, with live oil and vinegar
Day 24, Monday August 6th
(Everything is vegan approved unless otherwise noted)
(No gym, no workout)
My eating schedule was really thrown off for Sunday and Monday as you will see above and below.
Breakfast:
A really big bowl of Irish oats with fresh cherries
Coffee with (gasp) skim milk (still on the road and coffee houses don?t provide my Coconut Milk creamer, and I cannot drink black coffee)
Lunch:
Salad with tomato, avocado, olive oil and vinegar
Snack:
1 Pure Organic bar, orange flavored
Dinner: (sort of)

Day 25, Tuesday, August 7th
(Everything is vegan approved unless otherwise noted)
(Worked out at the gym for one hour. Movement prep, speed drills, an strength. Cable 1-arm rotational rows, weighted russian twists on the ball, 1-arm, 1-leg dumbbell rows, 1 leg prone knee tucks on the ball, one ? leg Romanian deadlifts, back extensions on the ball, cable chops, and dumbbell curl to press. I finished with 15 minutes of cardio intervals, running.)
Breakfast:
Rolled oats (gluten free, dairy free) with fresh blueberries, white peach, sugar plum, and pecans
1 cup coffee with?So Delicious?Coconut Milk ?creamer?
Snack:
1 slice toasted sesame ezekiel bread with natural peanut butter and sliced green apple (I ate some before I took the pic. I almost forgot to!)
Lunch:
Sauteed kale, chard, squash, chick peas, and seitan ?spicy Italian sausage? with chopped ?(canned) tomato with zesty jalapeno peppers
(This is the whole dish I made, cooking on the stove. I ate half of this for lunch and put the rest away for more indulgence at a later time)
Snack/workout shake:

That was it for yesterday for food. As the day wore on a really bad toothache began to seriously annoy me to the point of extreme discomfort and distraction. Eating was the last thing on my mind.
I am going to see a dentist today!
